Phulka is an Indian bread which is served with curry and vegetables in every Indian household. There are many variations to this simple recipe and gives the vitamin B complex and dietary fiber we require.
In a bowl add 4 tbsp wheat flour,1/4 tsp salt,1 tsp oil and water.
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough.
Roll the dough into a round shape.
In a heated pan roast the phulka evenly.
Serve it hot.
