Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp oil and water.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding soya flour.
- Step 4
Roll the dough into a round shape.
- Step 5
In a heated griddle, roast the phulka evenly.
- Step 6
Serve it hot.
