- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onions,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp dry red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp sugar and mix well
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup cauliflower and pour in little water
- Step 4
Simmer over low flame until it gets cooked
- Step 5
Add 1/4 cup boiled potato and mix everything well.
- Step 6
Garnish it with 1/4 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 8
Serve hot with chapati.
