Phool Kopi Motor Recipe

An easy and delicious Indian spiced cauliflower and peas dry vegetable. A much loved combination and very commonly served with chapatti, parathas, phulkas and also rice. A hassle free vegetable to pack in tiffin box too!

1/4 Cup(26.0 gm) Cauliflower (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Peas (Boiled)
1/4 Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)
1/4 Cup(28.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.46 gm) Rai
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • Take nonstick pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 1/4th cup chopped onion and saute.

  • When onions turn translucent, add 1/4th cup chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and saute well.

  • Then add 1/4th cup chopped cauliflower and mix again.

  • Finally add a little water, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp Boiled peas. Mix well.

  • Cover and allow to cook.

  • Serve hot with rice.
