An easy and delicious Indian spiced cauliflower and peas dry vegetable. A much loved combination and very commonly served with chapatti, parathas, phulkas and also rice. A hassle free vegetable to pack in tiffin box too!

Take nonstick pan and heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 1/4th cup chopped onion and saute.
When onions turn translucent, add 1/4th cup chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and saute well.
Then add 1/4th cup chopped cauliflower and mix again.
Finally add a little water, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp Boiled peas. Mix well.
Cover and allow to cook.
Serve hot with rice.
