Phirni Recipe

1 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk

2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice

1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar

Few Strands(0.5 gm) Kesar

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond(Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi(Powder)

As Required(10.0 ml) Water
  • Soak 2 tbsp rice for 30 minutes and grind into a coarse paste.

  • In a pan, heat 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk till it comes to a boil.

  • Lower the flame and add kesar water, 1.5 tbsp sugar and rice mixture. Mix well and allow to simmer.

  • When it starts to simmer, add water as required, 1 tbsp chopped almond, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder and stir well.

  • Continue stirring till the mixture thickens

  • Pour in serving bowl and serve chilled
