Pesto Hummus Recipe

Pesto adds a lip-smacking flavor and makes the hummus perfect for dipping vegetables or for spreading onto sandwiches.

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
20 Gm(20.0 gm) Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Pine Seed
1/8 Chopped Cup(6.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1.5 Tbsp(18.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp(27.0 ml) Olive Oil
1.5 Grated Tbsp(16.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Cup(24.0 gm) Chole
  • In a blender,

  • Add cooked chole, 1/8th cup chopped basil leaves, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, tahini, 1.5 tsp grated garlic, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Blend to make a smooth paste.

  • Your pesto hummus is ready to serve.
