Peppery Coconut Kulcha With Ghee Recipe

3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1.5 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Maida

1.5 Tbsp(17.0 ml) Milk

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
ingredients
2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Dry Coconut(Grated)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • For the kulcha dough

  • In a bowl ,add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5th tbsp maida,1 tbsp curd, 1.5th tbsp milk,1/8th tsp salt.

  • Combine well and knead into a soft dough.

  • Rest the dough.

  • For the filling

  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated dried coconut,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste. Mix it well

  • Roll the dough. Fill in the stuffing

  • Seal and fold

  • Gently press by hand

  • Apply water

  • Place the kulcha

  • Add 1 tsp ghee

  • Flip it

  • Roast well on both the sides.

  • Serve it hot
