  • For the kulcha dough

  • In a bowl ,add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5th tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5th tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8th tsp salt.

  • Combine well and knead into a soft dough.

  • Rest the dough.

  • For the filling

  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated dried coconut,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste. Mix it well

  • Roll the dough. Fill in the stuffing

  • Seal and fold

  • Gently press by hand

  • Apply water

  • Place the kulcha

  • Add 1 tsp ghee

  • Flip it

  • Roast well on both the sides.

  • Serve it hot
