This peppery coconut easy to make kulcha, is a great innovative way to have kulcha ! Its full of fiber and good fats.
For the kulcha dough
In a bowl ,add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5th tbsp maida,1 tbsp curd, 1.5th tbsp milk,1/8th tsp salt.
Combine well and knead into a soft dough.
Rest the dough.
For the filling
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated dried coconut,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste. Mix it well
Roll the dough. Fill in the stuffing
Seal and fold
Gently press by hand
Place the kulcha
Add 1 tsp ghee
Roast well on both the sides.
Serve it hot
