120.0 Ml(120.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1/4 tsp ghee in a kadai, add 1/4 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp rasam powder, water and simmer it.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Serve it hot with rice.
