For Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 4 prawns, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tbsp corn flour and mix well.
- Step 2 In a non stick pan , heat 1 tbsp oil.
- Step 3 Add the marinated prawns and shallow fry till golden & crisp.

For Gravy
- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tbsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste.
- Step 2 Saute till fragrant.
- Step 3 Now add 2 cube Green capsicum, 2 cube Red capsicum, 2 cube yellow capsicum and also add Fried Prawns.
- Step 4 Mix well on high heat, add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Step 5 Add 1/2 tbsp corn flour mixed with water.
- Step 6 Cook for a minute till the gravy thickens.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
