- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal and saute
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt and cook until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup chopped torai and pour in a little water
- Step 4 Cover with lid and cook until soft
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut and mix well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with your meals
