This vegetable is extremely rich in dietary fibre and enriched with all the vital elements that include Vitamin-C, zinc, iron, riboflavin, magnesium, thiamine and traces of another minerals.
Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal, saute well. Then add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 7 kadi patta, 1/8th tsp hing & saute well.
Then add 2 tbsp onion, 1/4th tsp salt, saute well.
Add 1/2 cup chopped torai, water & saute well.
Cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), mix well & cook for a minute.
Serve hot with chapati.
