Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, take 3
- Step 2 5 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water
- Step 3 Mixing well knead it into a soft dough and keep aside
- Step 4 For the filling, take a fresh bowl add previously mashed 2 tbsp peas, 2
- Step 5 5 tbsp grated paneer, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp amchur and mix well
- Step 6 Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin
- Step 7 Take the filling mixture and put it in the centre
- Step 8 Covering from all sides make it into a ball form with filling
- Step 9 Flatten and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin
- Step 10 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it
- Step 11 Flip and spread 1
- Step 12 5 tsp ghee on the paratha
- Step 13 Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well
- Step 14 Garnish with a dollop of butter
- Step 15 Serve hot
