Steps
- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/2 tsp green chilly, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt & saute well
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp peas and saute it
- Step 3 Add water & mix well
- Step 4 Cook it for 2 minutes
- Step 5 Add 1/2 cup button mushroom, 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Step 6 Saute well
- Step 7 Add 1 tsp cashew nut paste and water into it
- Step 8 Add kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist)
- Step 9 Add more water & cook well
- Step 10 Serve hot
