- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp green chilli, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp peas and mix well
- Step 4 Pour in little water and cook for a minute
- Step 5 Add 1/2 cup button mushroom and cook until soft
- Step 6 Add 1 tsp cashew nut paste and water to adjust the consistency
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves and mix everything together
- Step 8 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 9 Serve hot.
