Peas Mushroom Curry Recipe

Peas are rich in protein, low in calories and zero in cholesterol. Peas are packed with dietary fibre, vitamin K, manganese, vitamin B1, copper, vitamin C. Mushroom is rich in vitamin D. It is a curry generally eaten with rice or chapati.

  • Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/2 tsp green chilly, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt & saute well.

  • Add 2 tbsp peas, saute. Add water & mix well.

  • Cook it for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup button mushroom, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, Saute well.

  • Add 1 tsp cashew nut paste and water into it.

  • Add kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist). Add water & cook well.

  • Serve hot.
