- Step 1 In a blender, add cooked chole,1 tbsp white til, 1 tsp each of olive oil, and lemon
- Step 2 juice,2 garlic pods and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Blend everything together to a smooth texture.
- Step 4 Next, in a mixing bowl, add the prepared hummus, 2 tbsp each of boiled and mashed
- Step 5 peas and potato.
- Step 6 Season with 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tsp cornflour.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 8 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 9 Roll out the mix into round poppers.
- Step 10 In a kadhai, heat oil for frying.
- Step 11 Fry until golden brown.
- Step 12 Serve poppers hot.
