For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp boiled mashed peas, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Mix well and keep aside.

For Outer Cover
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled, mashed potato, 1 tbsp corn flour and knead it into a dough.
- Step 2 Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it, stuff the coconut peas mixture and shape into rolls.
- Step 3 Coat with 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and deep fry.
- Step 4 Serve hot peas coconut rolls with a dip, ketchup or chutney of your choice.
