Peas Carrot Soya Pulao Recipe

Peas carrot soya chunks pulao is not only tasty rice recipe but also very nutritious. Soybeans are low in saturated fat and high in protein, vitamin C, and folate. 1/4 Cup(15.0 gm) Soya Chunks
0.13 Julienne Cup(15.0 gm) Onion
3.0 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Basmati Rice
2.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Peas
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/8th cup julienne onion and saute until it is translucent

  • Add 1.5 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, soaked soya chunks and saute it well

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and mix it well

  • Add the cooked rice

  • Mix it well

  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
