- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/8 cup julienne onion and saute until it is translucent
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, soaked soya chunks and mix it all together
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix it well
- Step 4 Add the cooked rice and mix everything well
- Step 5 Cook over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
