Sundals are a traditional south Indian appetizer made more nutrient-dense with coconut and peanuts. Peanuts are an excellent source of healthy fats, protein and fiber. Sprinkle a dash of sesame seeds to enhance the nutritional value of the dish.
Heat kadhai on medium flame & add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1 tsp urad dal, saute well.
Then add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp hing, 4 no. kadi patta, boiled peanuts, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist),
Saute well and serve hot.
