Sundals are south Indian recipes and coconut makes it extra nutritious.Peanuts are an especially good source of healthful fats, protein, and fiber. They also contain plenty of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and B vitamins.
Heat kadhai on medium flame & add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1 tsp urad dal, saute well.
Then add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp hing, 4 no. kadi patta, boiled peanuts, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist),
Saute well and serve hot.
