- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta, boiled peanuts, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp grated coconut and 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Saute well and serve hot.
