1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Prepreparation

    Steam 1/2 cup pumpkin

  • Preparation

    In a blender, add 1 tbsp peanuts, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup steamed pumpkin and blend it.
