Peanut Poha Recipe

A very popular snack of every Indian household loved by all. Addition of peanuts adds healthful fats, protein, potassium, phosphorous and magnesium. Easily digestible and best crunchy snack idea for tiffin box.

4 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Poha

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)

4 No.(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan add 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp peanuts and roast them.

  • Add 1/4th tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli , 1/4th tsp haldi and prewashed 1 cup rice flakes.

  • Mix well and add 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
