Peanut Mint Dip Recipe

Roasted peanuts add a nice crunchy texture to yogurt with mint flavors. Mint and Nestlé A+ Curd together aid in digestion and is a very healthy summery dip. Enjoy it with veggies sticks of your choice.

1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Roasted Peanuts
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.62 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
2 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
  • In a fresh mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and whisk with hand.

  • Once the Nestlé A+ Curd is smooth, add 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/4th tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, 1/8th tsp salt and mix till a smooth consistency is obtained.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
