Peanut Kadhi Recipe

  • Pre preparation

  • Prepare 1 tbsp dry roasted peanuts and keep aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of curd, besan, and 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • For seasoning, add 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp sugar add a little water and whisk everything until the mix is smooth.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan, 1/8th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera,1/2 a piece of cinnamon stick, 4 kadi patta, the prepared roasted peanuts and saute well.

  • Now, add the prepared curd mixture and mix well so that no lumps are formed.

  • Add water as required and let the kadhi simmer for 23 minutes.

  • Serve hot.
