Elevate the healthy fats, protein and fiber content of a standard kadhi with this delicious peanut kadhi recipe.
Prepare 1 tbsp dry roasted peanuts and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of curd, besan, and 1/2 tsp grated ginger
For seasoning, add 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp sugar add a little water and whisk everything until the mix is smooth.
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan, 1/8th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera,1/2 a piece of cinnamon stick, 4 kadi patta, the prepared roasted peanuts and saute well.
Now, add the prepared curd mixture and mix well so that no lumps are formed.
Add water as required and let the kadhi simmer for 23 minutes.
