  • In a blender, add roasted peanuts, 2 red chillies shredded into smaller pieces and blend it until it becomes a fine powder.

  • To this powder add 3/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1 tsp black urad dal and allow to crackle.

  • Add tadka in chutney, mix well.

  • Serve with any dish of your choice.
