Peanuts are an especially good source of healthful fats, protein, and fiber. They also contain plenty of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and B vitamins.
Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 no. kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing, saute well.
Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt, saute well.
Add cooked peanuts & saute well.
Add water, 1 tbsp peanut powder, stir well & let it simmer.
Then add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist) &cook well.
Serve hot with rice.
