- Step 1 Heat kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Add boiled peanuts and pour in little water and mix well
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp peanut powder, stir well and let it simmer until it comes together
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with rice.
