3 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Peanuts
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts (Powder)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
4 No.(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
As Required(120.0 ml) Water
  • Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 no. kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing, saute well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt, saute well.

  • Add cooked peanuts & saute well.

  • Add water, 1 tbsp peanut powder, stir well & let it simmer.

  • Then add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist) &cook well.

  • Serve hot with rice.
