Peanuts are an especially good source of healthful fats, protein, and fiber. They also contain plenty of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and B vitamins. This is a delicious accompaniment generally eaten with vadas and fritters.
In a blender add 1 tbsp groundnuts, 2 tsp bengal gram dal, 1/2 tsp green chillies, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp white sesame seeds (nestle twist),1/4 tsp hing, 3 no. curry leaves, 3 no. almonds, 1/4 tsp salt and add water.
Blend it to smooth consistency.
