Peanut Chikki Recipe

Peanut chikki is made from jaggery and peanuts. Peanuts are rich in energy and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.

Nutritional info

  • Heat a kadai, add 2 tsp ghee, 2 tbsp jaggery powder.

  • Mix it well and melt the jaggery.

  • Add 3 tbsp roasted peanut.

  • Mix it well and remove it in a bowl.

  • Flatten it and cut into chikkkis.
