Peanut chikki is made from jaggery and peanuts. Peanuts are rich in energy and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.
Heat a kadai, add 2 tsp ghee, 2 tbsp jaggery powder.
Mix it well and melt the jaggery.
Add 3 tbsp roasted peanut.
Mix it well and remove it in a bowl.
Flatten it and cut into chikkkis.
