Peanut Carrot Dip Recipe

2 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Curd

1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Carrot (Grated)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Oregano
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a blender, add 1 tbsp peanuts, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp curd, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp oregano.

  • Blend till all ingredients are well combined and a smooth paste is formed.

  • A healthy dip is ready to be served with any dish or snack of your choice.
