- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil, and add 1.5 tbsp peanut butter.
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp chopped basil leaves, and 1 tbsp grated garlic,1 tbsp julienne onion, 1 tbsp Julienne capsicum, 2 tbsp julienne red capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne carrot, and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add water and let it simmer.
- Step 4
Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, and 1/8 tsp oregano and mix well.
- Step 5
Now add the cooked edamame noodles.
- Step 6
Mix well and serve hot.
