1/3 Powder Cup(49.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Cup(123.0 gm) Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
8 Number(68.0 gm) Digestive Biscuits
  • In a mixing bowl, add powdered biscuits, and melted butter and mix well.

  • Set at the base of the tin.

  • Then, add 1/2 cup cream cheese,1/3rd cup powder, and beat well.

  • Add into the 4 tbsp peanut butter,2 tbsp whipped cream and beat together to a smooth and fluffy consistency.

  • Smoothly layer this mixture into the biscuit base in the tin.

  • Refrigerate and set for 45 hrs.

  • Serve the ready delicious Peanut butter cheesecake.
