Peanut Butter Brownie Cookie is a very delicious, tasty, and flavourful combination of Brownie and Choco-chip Cookies that are super soft, crunchy, and loaded with Fiber. A yummy but healthy snacking item for all.

2 Tbsp(23.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup(86.0 gm) Nestlé Milkmaid
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Diced Cup(51.0 gm) Dark Chocolate
1/4 Cup(32.0 gm) Maida
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Peanut Butter
1 Powder Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sugar
  • For Chcocochip Cookie

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp peanut butter,1/8th cup sugar powder,1/8th cup brown sugar, and whisk till in fluffy texture.

  • Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/8th tsp baking soda,2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,and combine all together. Keep aside.

  • For brownie

    Take a bowl and add 1/4th cup maida, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp sugar powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4th tsp baking soda mix everything well.

  • Add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milkmaid, 1 tbsp peanut butter, add melted chocolate, and 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk to the mixture and whisk well.

  • For Brookies

    Grease a baking tray and apply the parchment sheet.

  • Pour batter brownie batter then pour cookie batter and spread evenly.

  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

  • Bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
