1/2 Cup(64.0 gm) Maida
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
4 Powder Tbsp(44.0 gm) Sugar
3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Nutmeg
1/2 Medium(84.0 gm) Peach
  • For Short Crust Pastry

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup maida, 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed with your hand till crumbly texture form.

  • 4 tbsp powder sugar, 1/4th tsp salt, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required and knead into a dough.

  • Roll out dough in round shape then place in the mold and tream sides of dough.

  • For Filling

    In a bowl add 1/2 no. diced peach, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4th tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder, and mix well.

  • Fill the mixture in covered dough mold and cover with dough strips.

  • Brush with 1 tsp butter on top and bake at 180 degrees Celcius For 20 min.

  • Serve warm
