For Short Crust Pastry
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2/3 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed with your hand till
- Step 2 a crumbly texture forms.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required, and
- Step 4 knead into a dough.
- Step 5 Roll out dough in a round shape then place in the mold and trim sides of the
- Step 6 dough. Make strips from trimmed dough.

For Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl add diced peach, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp
- Step 2 cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnut.
- Step 4 Fill the mixture in a covered dough mold and cover with dough strips.
- Step 5 Brush with 1 tsp butter on top and bake at 180 degrees Celcius For 20 min.
- Step 6 Serve warm
