A hearty, holiday-worthy raw Peach letttuce salad with chopped almonds, walnuts and tossed in a zippy vinaigrette mustard dressing. It’s both vegetarian and gluten free.

1 Number(18.0 gm) Lettuce
1/2 Medium(84.0 gm) Peach
1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut
2 Tsp(9.0 ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tsp(11.0 gm) Mustard Sauce
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl, add 1 lettuce, add 1/2 chopped peach, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp almonds, 1 tsp grated coconut, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp tsp mustard sauce, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/4th salt and mix well.
