- Step 1 In a bowl whisk 1 egg, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp oil until smooth
- Step 2 Add 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix gently.
- Step 3 Fold in 1/4 cup chopped banana, chopped peach, mashed dates and mix well
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 5 Pour the batter in the mould and garnish with 2 tsp chopped walnuts
- Step 6 Bake until bread golden brown.
- Step 7 Remove bread from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Step 8 Enjoy this yummy treat!
