- Step 1
In a bowl, make a mixture of 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tsp oil and add 1 egg yolk & beat.
- Step 2
Now add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 chopped peach, 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp powdered jaggery powder and whisk properly.
- Step 3
Sieve in 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
- Step 4
Add water and whisk again.
- Step 5
Now fold in whipped egg whites.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding cranberries.
- Step 7
Grease the cake tin with oil and dust with wheat flour.
- Step 8
Pour the batter inside.
- Step 9
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins.
