You will have enough protein to help muscle development by having Mutton leg soup regularly. The mutton leg soup is like bone-based soups and contains plenty of calcium which is essential for the body's bone-building as well as teeth strengthening needs.
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Curd, 1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/2 tsp Dhania powder, 1/4th tsp Garam Masala, 1/8th tsp Haldi, 1/4th tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi and 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
Mix all ingredients well and keep aside.
Now, in a cooker, add 1.5 tsp Oil, 1/4th cup julienne Onion and saute.
To this, add 1 no. Green Eliachi, 2 no. Cloves, 1 no. Bay Leaf and 1/4th tsp Black Pepper.
Saute well, add the prepared paste, Goat legs and mix well.
Add water as required and 1/4th tsp Lemon Juice.
Pressure cook till 78 whistles.
Open and add 2 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 tsp chopped Pudina, Add the veggies, 1 tbsp Chopped and Boiled Carrot, 1 tbsp Boiled Peas, 1/2 tbsp Chopped Capsicum and Allow to Boil
Tasty Paya Soup with vegetables is ready to serve.
