Pav Bhaji Paratha Recipe

Paratha is the most fulfilling meal for anytime. Pav bhaji flavored paratha is an interesting way to include all your favorite veggies and spices. A buttery blend of a variety of vegetables cooked to perfection and spiced with aromatic flavors.

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Pav Bhaji Masala
2 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Capsicum
1/4 Chopped Cup(4.0 gm) Bottle Gourd
1/4 Chopped Cup(3.0 gm) Cauliflower
1/4 Cup(5.0 gm) Peas
1/2 Chopped Cup(3.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Chopped Cup(4.0 gm) Onion
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
200 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Diced Cup(20.0 gm) Potato
  • For Stuffing

    Take boiled potatoes, add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, mashed peas, 1 tsp of each grated cauliflower, grated dudhi, capsicum, chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala.

  • Mash everything together till the spices are evenly absorbed in veggies.

  • Your stuffing is ready, keep it aside and start preparing paratha dough.

  • For Paratha

    Knead a soft dough with 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Add stuffing to the paratha and seal the sides.

  • Roll into a paratha.

  • Roast from both the sides with 1 tsp ghee.

  • Serve hot.
