- Step 1
For Stuffing
Take boiled potatoes, add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, mashed peas, 1 tsp of each grated cauliflower, grated dudhi, capsicum, chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala.

Mash everything together till the spices are evenly absorbed in veggies.

Your stuffing is ready, keep it aside and start preparing paratha dough.
- Step 4
For Paratha
Knead a soft dough with 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1/4th tsp salt.
- Step 5
Add stuffing to the paratha and seal the sides.
- Step 6
Roll into a paratha.
- Step 7
Roast from both the sides with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
