Steps
- Step 1 For StuffingTake boiled potatoes, add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, mashed peas, 1 tsp of each grated cauliflower, grated dudhi, capsicum, chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Step 2 Mash everything together till the spices are evenly absorbed in veggies
- Step 3 Your stuffing is ready, keep it aside and start preparing paratha dough
- Step 4 For ParathaKnead a soft dough with 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 5 Add stuffing to the paratha and seal the sides
- Step 6 Roll into a paratha
- Step 7 Roast from both the sides with 1 tsp ghee
- Step 8 Serve hot
