- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup chopped bottle gourd, 1/4 cup boiled peas, 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower and pour in some water
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp haldi and cook the vegetables
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup boiled, diced potato and combine together
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6 Add some more water, cover the pan and cook until everything combines well
- Step 7 Add 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp amchur powder and mix it well.
- Step 8 Add 3 tsp butter and mash all ingredients to attain a smooth texture
- Step 9 Add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum and mix together
- Step 10 Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 11 Mash again and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 12 Serve hot
