For making pav bhaji
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup chopped onion, saute it well. Then add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup chopped bottle gourd, boiled peas, 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower, water as required, 1/2 tsp haldi and saute it well.
Then add 1/4 cup boiled, diced potato and saute it well. Add water & cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, add 1/2 cup chopped tomato, mix well.
Add 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, water, as required and mix it well. Then add 1 tsp butter, mix & mash well. Then add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, mix well.
Cover with the lid, cook for 5 minutes. Mash well, add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.
Ready to serve.
