  • Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute it well.

  • Then add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup chopped bottle gourd, 1/4 cup boiled peas, 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower, water as required, 1/2 tsp haldi, saute them well.

  • Then add 1/4 cup boiled and diced potato, saute well. Add water as required and cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes.

  • Remove the lid, mash the bhaji with a masher.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped tomato,1 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp amchur powder,1 tsp butter, mix and mash well.

  • Then Add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, mix and mash it well. Cover with lid, cook for 5 minutes. Mash them well again.

  • Garnish it with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.

  • Serve it hot with pav and chopped onions.
