- Step 1 For Patishapta BatterIn a bowl add 1/2 tsp rice flour,2 tsp suji,2
- Step 2 5 tbsp whole wheat flour,1
- Step 3 5 tsp jaggery powder,1/8th tsp salt,1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well
- Step 4 Keep aside
- Step 5 For Coconut FillingIn a KadaiIn a Kadai heat, 1/2 tsp coconut oil add 1/8th cup grated fresh coconut,1
- Step 6 5 tbsp jaggery powder and stir it till dry
- Step 7 Take a small portion of the kheer and give a cylindrical shape
- Step 8 Take a patishapta batter and heat pan then greased with 1/4th tsp ghee
- Step 9 Pour patishapta batter and swirl to form patishapta
- Step 10 Then add coocnut fillling at one end of patishapta and roll it nicely
- Step 11 Serve fresh
