For Patishapta Batter
In a bowl add 1/2 tsp rice flour,2 tsp suji,2.5 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5 tsp jaggery powder,1/8th tsp salt,1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well. Keep aside.
For Coconut Filling
In a Kadai
In a Kadai heat, 1/2 tsp coconut oil add 1/8th cup grated fresh coconut,1.5 tbsp jaggery powder and stir it till dry.
Take a small portion of the kheer and give a cylindrical shape.
Take a patishapta batter and heat pan then greased with 1/4th tsp ghee.
Pour patishapta batter and swirl to form patishapta.Then add coocnut fillling at one end of patishapta and roll it nicely.
Serve fresh.
