Patishapta with Caramelized Banana Filling is a delicious and tasty recipe famous in Bengal, where the patishapta or crepe is filled with caramelized banana and packed with Fiber and Protein.
For Patishapta Batter
In a bowl add 1/2 tsp rice flour,2 tsp suji,2.5 tbsp maida,1.5 tsp sugar,1/8 tsp salt,1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well. Keep aside.
For Caramelized Banana Filling
In a pan add 1 tbsp sugar and caramelized it.
Add into the 1/8 cup mashed banana , mix and cook it well.
Take a patishapta batter and heat pan then greased with 1/4 tsp ghee.
Pour patishapta batter and swirl to form patishapta. Add caramelized banana filling at one end of patishapta and roll it nicely.
