Parwal goes very well with potato and has an interesting taste. Its very easy, delicious Indian vegetable goes well with roti.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp Oil, 1/4 tsp Rai, 1/4 tsp Jeera and Kadi Patta.
Allow to crackle.
To this add 1/4 cup chopped Onion and saute till golden brown.
Now add 1 tsp chopped Green Chilly, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1/8 tsp Haldi,1/4 cup diced Pawar and 1/4 cup diced Potato.
Mix all ingredients well.
Add water as required and 1 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves.
Close and cook for 5 min.
Tasty Parwal Batatachi Bhaji is ready to serve.
