Parwal goes very well with potato and has an interesting taste. Its very easy, delicious Indian vegetable goes well with roti.

1/2 Diced Cup(71.0 gm) Padwal
0.24 Diced Cup(40.0 gm) Potato
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
4.0 Number(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated pan add 1 tsp Oil, 1/4 tsp Rai, 1/4 tsp Jeera and Kadi Patta.

  • Allow to crackle.

  • To this add 1/4 cup chopped Onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Now add 1 tsp chopped Green Chilly, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1/8 tsp Haldi,1/4 cup diced Pawar and 1/4 cup diced Potato.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Add water as required and 1 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves.

  • Close and cook for 5 min.

  • Tasty Parwal Batatachi Bhaji is ready to serve.
