1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger(Chopped)

As Required(125.0 ml) Water
  • For stuffing

    In a bowl, add 1/4th cup mashed paneer,1 tsp chopped dates,1 tsp chopped pista, tsp chopped almond, 1/2 tsp salt, 4 raisins and mix well.

  • Make slit in parwal and stuff the mixture in it.

  • In a pan

    Add 1 tbsp oil,1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped ginger,1 tsp chopped green chillies and saute.

  • Now add 1/4th cup chopped onionand saute till it turns golden brown.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped tomato,1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt,1/4th cup cashewnut paste.

  • Mix everything well.

  • Add 1/2 cup water, stuffed parwal,1 tsp chopped coriander.

  • Close the lid and allow to cook for 10 min on medium to low flame.

  • Serve hot with rice.
