Parwal is a good source of vitamins and minerals. It is a good source of carbohydrates, vitamin A, and vitamin C. It also contains major nutrients and trace elements.
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup mashed paneer,1 tsp chopped dates,1 tsp chopped pista, tsp chopped almond, 1/2 tsp salt, 4 raisins and mix well.
Make slit in parwal and stuff the mixture in it.
In a pan
Add 1 tbsp oil,1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped ginger,1 tsp chopped green chillies and saute.
Now add 1/4th cup chopped onionand saute till it turns golden brown.
Add 1/4th cup chopped tomato,1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt,1/4th cup cashewnut paste.
Mix everything well.
Add 1/2 cup water, stuffed parwal,1 tsp chopped coriander.
Close the lid and allow to cook for 10 min on medium to low flame.
Serve hot with rice.
