- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup mashed paneer, 1 tsp chopped dates, 1/2 tsp chopped pista, 1/2 tsp chopped almond, 1/2 tsp salt, 4 raisins and mix well.
- Step 2 Make slit in the centre of the parwal and stuff it with paneer mixture and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger,1 tsp chopped green chillies and saute.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp cashewnut paste.
- Step 6 Mix everything well.
- Step 7 Add a little water, stuffed parwal
- Step 8 Cover the pan and let it cook until soft
- Step 9 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 10 Serve hot with rice.
