- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 4 kadi patta.Allow to crackle.
- Step 2 To this, add 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 3 Now add 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 cup diced parwal, and 1/4 cup diced potato.
- Step 4 Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 5 Add water as required and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 7 Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 8 Tasty Parwal Batatachi Bhaji is ready to serve.
