- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp tur dal, 1 tbsp chana dal, 2 tsp grated dry coconut, and dry roast until light brown
- Step 2 Let it cool slightly
- Step 3 Transfer it to the grinder, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp hing and 1/4 tsp salt
- Step 4 Give it Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5 Grind it using little water until smooth
- Step 6 Serve it with steamed rice
