1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Parsley
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Dill Leaves
50 Gm(20.0 gm) Sour Cream
2 Tbsp(40.0 gm) Mayonnaise
  • In mediumsize bowl combine together 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 20 gm sour cream, 1/2 tbsp chopped dill, 1/2 tbsp chopped spring onions, 1 tbsp chopped parsley and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

  • Add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4th tsp of each salt and pepper.

  • Whisk until well combined.

  • Chill and serve with favourite dippable.
