Parsley Potato Raita can be served with any meal. The parsley gives a burst of flavour and pomegranate not only gives it colour but also a sweet flavour while the potato adds body to the raita.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a mixing bowl,add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd in a bowl, whisk it.
Then add 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato and mix it well.
Then add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp pomegranate,1 tsp chopped parsley.
Mix it well and serve.
