Parsley Potato Raita Recipe

Parsley Potato Raita can be served with any meal. The parsley gives a burst of flavour and pomegranate not only gives it colour but also a sweet flavour while the potato adds body to the raita.

1 Chopped Tsp(0.73 gm) Parsley
1/8 Cup(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Potato
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Pomegranate
  • In a mixing bowl,add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd in a bowl, whisk it.

  • Then add 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato and mix it well.

  • Then add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp pomegranate,1 tsp chopped parsley.

  • Mix it well and serve.
