- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 ½ tsp butter and add 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste and saute. Keep this aside.
- Step 2 Heat a nonstick grill pan and place 100g surmai fish. Pour the buttergarlic mixture and 2 tsp chopped parsley over the fish.
- Step 3 Grill over low flame on both sides until golden brown.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
