Papdam Recipe

Papad is a good appetizer and digestive. Roasted or grilled papad helps to absorb the fatty material from mouth and throat when consumed at the end of the meal. They are low calorie, gluten-free, high fibre, high protein accompaniment or snack. Papads Can be enjoyed by any age group at any time of the day.

1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a kadhai and add oil for deep frying.

  • Add 1 papad and deep fry evenly on both sides.

  • Pat for excess oil.

  • Serve with rice & curry.
