With the combination of papaya which is rich in vitamin A, C & fiber and soy milk rich in protein,this drink is a great energy booster and yummy alternative for children who are lactose intolerant.

1/2 Cup(75.0 gm) Papaya(Diced)
1 Cup(208.0 ml) Soy Milk
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender add 1/2 cup papaya, 2 tsp sugar, pour 1 cup soy milk.

  • Blend it Smooth Consistency.

  • Serve it Chilled.
