Papaya Milkshake With Sugar Recipe

With the combination of papaya which is rich in vitamin A, C & fiber with milk which is rich in protein,a great booster and yummy alternative for children.

Nutritional info

1/4 Cup(38.0 gm) Papaya(Chopped)
3/4 Cup(153.0 ml) Milk
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender add 1/2 cup papaya, 2 tsp sugar, pour 1 cup milk.

  • Blend it smooth consistency.

  • Serve it chilled.
