- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2 Add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, a little water and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup chopped violet cabbage, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Cover and cook.
- Step 7 Allow it to cool and keep aside.
- Step 8 Knead 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt with water as required.
- Step 9 Roll into a round shape and cut into a half.
- Step 10 Make triangular pockets of each half.
- Step 11 Fill with paneer cabbage mixture and seal the edges.
- Step 12 Heat oil for frying and deep fry the samosa until golden brown.
- Step 13 Serve hot.
