- Step 1 In a mortar pestle, add 2 tbsp mint leaves, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp amchur and 1/4 tsp black salt.
- Step 2 Crush until smooth and set aside
- Step 3 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and whisk until smooth
- Step 4 Add mint paste and mix well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 6 Top it up with crushed peanuts
- Step 7 Serve chilled
