2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Peanuts
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Salt
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pudina
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
Take 2 tbsp mint leaves ,1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, and 1.4th tsp black salt in a blender.
Blend and make panipuri chutney. Keep aside.
In a bowl, beat 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and add crushed peanuts, and 1/8th tsp amchur.
Add prepared mint chutney.
Mix well and serve with any dish.
